RE: - Rockman Over-1 - DamonaSchnider - 22-12-2012 It would help to give him a better sprite too, I suppose. Over-1's design is a bit of an oddball, but it's the gameplay aspects of the game that kill it for me. I really think that something better can be thought of.

First order of business: Change the fucking name. (22-12-2012, 11:53 AM)SageHarpuiaJDJ Wrote: Sounds like it could work. I like Over-1's designs so I would like to see him in a proper game. As an aside, if we were to fix this, in what style would it be in? As for what needs to go, I think it's obvious the major thing that should go, the gameplay style. Zelda 2 style, with Battlenetwork Overworld and Platformer figting sequences. Going to add in ideas that have been fully decided upon as we go right here.

So what do you guys think? Think we could take this and turn it into something playable? Battle Memory would also be nice to maintain in some way. Personally I want to see the actual crossover aspect of the story stay in some way, since that's supposed to be one of the major deals about Xover. Now, there are some good ideas in Xover that could, if done right, actually be pretty awesome, but we need to figure out what should stay, what should go, and how we can change what stays to make it overall more enjoyable and worthwhile. We take Over-1 and we make a real Megaman game with him. However, one man's trash, can easily become another's treasure, especially if you're willing to repair, touch up, and deodorize said garbage. We did it, everyone! 7 years and going on 8.This is either a stroke of brilliance, or a bad idea brought on by staying up waaaaaay too late, but consider this. This option should make for a more comfortable reading experience for many users as it adapts to the small snap-width and widescreen width well. Please report any bugs or issues to staff so they may get fixed. To commemorate this date, the TREZ Forums will now have a new fluid-width theme that’s been in testing for a little while. Our team effort is dedicated to preserving the vast content of the game on a daily basis. But fortunately since everyone’s favorite Rockman Xover social game keeps pushing out new content, you can see our Gallery has grown with new rare art and special promotional images. Sure on the game side of things, it’s been a little slow with the lack of games and all. We couldn’t have done this and more without all your support. And of course, we can’t forget the EXE WS translation. We’ve also gotten more coverage recently with higher-profile projects like the EXE6 Boktai translation and TheSpeedGamers support and also for getting out there with social media like Twitter. As you may remember, our new home page was launched last year on this day. Now in 2013, we acknowledge the site’s 7th Anniversary. On August 12, 2006, The Rockman EXE Zone was officially launched.
